This is way more Soviet than recent parades. The snow reminds me of the October Revolution Parades, the tempo was like those in the 70s-80s parades. The band played in a Sovietish-Mikhailov Style, also some officers tucked their trousers into their boots whereas they would wear normal ceremonial shoes. You can see that at 37:34 and 32:49 where the navy doesn't tuck them
